Qualifications
- Active Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- Strong understanding of comprehensive dentistry, including hygiene procedures, patient assessments, and accurate clinical documentation.
- Additional certifications or licenses as required by state regulations to perform assigned duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional, concierge-level patient care with a warm and professional chairside manner.
- Establish trust and rapport with patients through compassionate, patient-centered interactions.
- Promote optimal oral health by identifying signs of periodontal disease and potential oral cancer.
- Review, document, and maintain thorough patient medical histories and chief complaints.
- Take digital X-rays and intraoral images to support treatment planning and monitor clinical progress.
- Perform dental hygiene procedures in accordance with treatment plans prescribed by the dentist.
- Respond effectively to emergency situations or unexpected developments during patient care.
- Educate patients on proper at-home oral care and long-term oral health maintenance.
