About the Role
The Director of Emergency Services – Pediatrics provides strategic and operational leadership for the pediatric emergency department. This role ensures delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care while overseeing staffing, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and performance outcomes.
Reporting to the ACNO, the Director will lead:

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (required)
- Master’s Degree (preferred)
- 1+ year recent Manager or Director-level leadership experience
- 3+ years recent Emergency Room experience
- 3–5 years recent Pediatric Emergency experience required
- (Mother Baby, NICU, and Labor & Delivery backgrounds will not be considered)
