Physical Therapist (Full-Time)
Location: Salinas, CA
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient setting. The Physical Therapist will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based interventions to restore function, reduce pain, and help patients return to work and daily activities with confidence.
Focus Areas: Orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention.
Schedule: Flexible options available (4x10s or 5x8s).
Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 annually, based on experience, plus quarterly incentive opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Perform evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based interventions and update plans as needed
- Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention
- Maintain timely, accurate documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams
- Ensure compliance with licensing, safety, and confidentiality standards
Qualifications
- Graduate or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California PT license (or in progress)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates welcome
- Bilingual Spanish is a plus
