Outpatient Physical Therapist
The Physical Therapist evaluates, plans, and delivers skilled physical therapy services to patients with a broad range of diagnoses and functional limitations. This role requires the ability to assess individual physical, developmental, and age-related needs and develop personalized treatment plans that support optimal recovery and functional outcomes. The Physical Therapist provides evidence-based interventions, ongoing reassessment, and professional consultation to patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams, with the goal of maximizing independence, safety, and overall quality of life in alignment with each patient’s functional level and rehabilitation potential.
Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Oregon (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctor of Physical Therapy).
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association at time of hire.
- 1 – 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Ability and willingness to travel as needed to provide patient care.
