Physical Therapist – Full-Time | Outpatient Orthopedics | Frederick, MD

This role features true 1:1 patient care with no double bookings, allowing for individualized, hands-on treatment. You’ll treat a diverse orthopedic caseload including post-operative cases, total joints, spine conditions, manual therapy, and general orthopedic diagnoses in a modern clinical environment with spacious therapy gyms and advanced equipment. Qualifications
- graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- active Maryland license (or eligibility)
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- One or more years of outpatient orthopedic or manual therapy experience is preferred, however NEW GRADS are welcome!!
- Strong communication and time management skills are essential.
Responsibilities
- Delivering evidence-based, outcome-driven physical therapy services
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Educating patients and families
- Documenting care in a web-based EMR system
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary providers to ensure optimal outcomes.
