Inpatient Physical Therapist – Rehab + Sign-On Bonus!

Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic interventions to patients with diverse diagnoses and mobility challenges.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed to support optimal outcomes.
- Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state(s) where services are delivered.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association
- Additional training or experience may be required depending on department or specialty area
