Job Description:
We are looking for a committed Director of Physical Therapy to oversee 3-5 sites in the North Charlotte Market. This is a leadership role combining clinical expertise with operational management, focusing on driving high-performing teams, patient care excellence, and budgetary success. Responsibilities include managing clinic operations, fostering staff development, implementing evidence-based practices, and ensuring compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and meet patients’ goals and needs.
- Managing clinic operations.
- Fostering staff development.
- Implementing evidence based practices.
- Offering cost-effective treatments that help improve clients’ motion and mobility.
- Reduce the need for medications and provide alternatives to surgery.
- Ensuring compliance.
- Promoting clients’ healthy lifestyle by improving strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
- Consulting and practicing with other health professionals.
- Evaluating, monitoring, and communicating progress.
- Document patient care services.
Operational Leadership: Driving clinical excellence, managing the clinic’s budget, increasing visit volume, and managing staff, including hiring and performance reviews.
Clinical Care: Delivering high-quality, evidence-based care while mentoring staff in orthopedic, neurological, and sports medicine specialties.
Performance Management: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational and clinical success.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to state, federal, and company regulations.

Requirements:
- State licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT).
- Substantial experience in an outpatient clinical setting.
- Demonstrated leadership ability in a high-paced environment.
- Intensive education and clinical expertise.
- Ability to manage patients and staff with different types of personalities.
- Current knowledge of treatment practices.
