Physical Therapist (PT) + Sign-On Bonus!

JOB TYPE: Full-Time, Days
A busy outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Tigard is full-time Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive therapy services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and physical conditions. This role focuses on helping individuals improve mobility, function, and independence through individualized evaluation and treatment planning.
The Physical Therapist will assess patient needs, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions designed to support recovery and maximize functional outcomes.
Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and patient education are key components of this position.

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients to determine functional limitations and therapy needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and therapeutic exercises to improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current Physical Therapist license in the state where services are provided (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association at time of hire
- Strong clinical assessment, treatment planning, and patient education skills
- Ability to work with patients across a range of diagnoses and age groups
