About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our people-first practice. We believe in supporting our clinicians not just professionally, but personally, ensuring you have the tools and balance needed to provide exceptional patient care. In this role, you will work within an interdisciplinary environment to help patients overcome orthopedic and musculoskeletal challenges through evidence-based, personalized treatment.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate & Treat: Conduct comprehensive evaluations for patients with various musculoskeletal conditions, providing tailored education and care.
- Personalize Care: Design and implement individualized, evidence-based treatment plans to help patients reach their functional goals.
- Collaborate: Work within a team-oriented environment to ensure a holistic approach to patient recovery.
- Clinical Excellence: Efficiently manage patient documentation and clinical workflows within our EMR system while maintaining a caseload of approximately 10–12 patients per day.
Qualifications
- Education: Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Licensure: Current or pending state licensure as a Physical Therapist.
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal communication and a collaborative, team-focused mindset.
