We are currently expanding and seeking a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our collaborative team and deliver exceptional patient care.
Position Overview
This role offers a dynamic blend of aesthetic treatments, wellness care, and clinical consultations. You will work in a fast-paced environment where patient education and personalized care are at the forefront. While experience in aesthetics or wellness is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate who possesses strong clinical foundations and a genuine drive for the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Consultation: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Clinical Care: Perform or assist with aesthetic treatments and support wellness programs, including hormone and metabolic health.
- Education: Empower patients with knowledge regarding our various services and long-term wellness strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain precise patient records and ensure strict adherence to safety and clinical protocols.
- Patient Experience: Provide a high-touch, professional experience that builds long-term trust.
Qualifications
Required:
- Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of MN.
- MSN
- Minimum of 2 years NP and 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Superior communication and clinical skills.
Preferred:
- Background in medical aesthetics, dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness medicine.
- Demonstrated interest in hormone optimization or metabolic health.
- Prior experience with aesthetic devices or injectables (training is available for those without).
