Nurse Practitioner ( NP) OR Physician Assistant (PA) – Nephrology Practice

Overview
We are partnering with a well-established and growing nephrology practice seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) to join their team. Following a recent strategic update, the practice is now open to experienced PA candidates and is focused on identifying clinicians who can deliver high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner ) Min. of 2 years Nephrology NP Exp. Required
- Certified Physician Assistant (PA-C)
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required
- Nephrology experience NOT required (training provided) for PA-C only
- Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care under physician supervision
- Conduct patient assessments, exams, and follow-ups
- Develop and implement treatment plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
