Job Title: Physical Therapist
Location: Corpus Christi, TX
Acute Care Hospital Setting (U.S.-Based Opportunities Available)
Overview:
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs for patients recovering from injury, illness, or surgery. This role focuses on restoring function, improving mobility, reducing pain, and preventing disability while helping patients achieve their highest level of independence and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Interpret and carry out physician-prescribed therapy plans in accordance with applicable practice act guidelines
- Develop and implement individualized treatment programs using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and modalities such as heat, water, and electrical stimulation
- Utilize mechanical and therapeutic equipment, as well as prosthetic and orthotic devices, as appropriate
- Evaluate patient progress, document outcomes, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Supervise and provide direction to physical therapist assistants, support staff, students, and volunteers
- Contribute input to performance evaluations of assistants and support staff
- Maintain patient confidentiality and ensure patient safety at all times
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong knowledge of professional standards, ethics, and best practices in physical therapy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Experience:
- New graduates are encouraged to apply; prior clinical experience preferred
Licensure & Certifications:
- Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist (or eligibility to obtain licensure)
- Current CPR certification (e.g., American Heart Association or equivalent)
Work Schedule:
- Full-time
- Typically 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts (may vary based on facility needs)

- Hospital or acute care setting with access to advanced medical equipment and interdisciplinary support
