Lead Physical Therapist (PT) – Build & Shape a Coastal Community Clinic
An established outpatient clinic just north of Boston is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to step into a clinic leadership role in Winthrop, MA. Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Support and guide clinic staff
- Build relationships with referral sources and the community
- Contribute to clinic growth and overall patient experience
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- Prior outpatient experience preferred
- Strong clinical decision-making and communication skills
- Interest in leadership and clinic development
