Lead Dentist Opportunity: This is a full-time position, working five days per week.

Clinical Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Provide guidance and education to patients and parents on treatment options and oral health maintenance
- Collaborate with clinical and support staff to coordinate comprehensive care
- Mentor and consult with other providers on treatment planning and case execution
- Prescribe medications as needed
- Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation, including diagnoses, treatments, and consultations
Requirements
- DDS or DMD degree required
- Active dental license (state-specific licensure required)
- CDS and DEA licenses required
- Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in a dental practice setting
- Strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability and desire to serve as the clinical leader within a large, multi-specialty environment
- Professional, friendly, and patient-focused demeanor
