Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor (Full-Time)
Location: Tyler, Texas

Position Summary
The Laboratory Supervisor oversees daily lab operations, ensuring accurate and timely test results while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. This role leads staff and supports high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations across lab departments
- Ensure quality, accuracy, and timeliness of testing
- Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
- Maintain compliance with CLIA, CAP, and Joint Commission standards
- Oversee quality control and troubleshoot issues
- Coordinate with clinical staff to support patient care
- Manage lab inventory and equipment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field (required)
- ASCP (MLS/MT) certification (required)
- 3–5 years of lab experience; leadership experience preferred
