Registered Nurse (RN) – Telemetry/Renal

Location: Alexandria, LA
We are actively seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join a 54-bed Telemetry/Renal unit in Alexandria, LA. This is an excellent opportunity for RNs who thrive in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care.
Position Overview:
- Full-time RN opportunities (2–3 openings)
- Care for a diverse patient population across Telemetry and Renal specialties
- Work within a collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong clinical support
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of RN experience required
- Experience in high-acuity settings such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, or Renal preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Ability to confidently respond in code situations
- Commitment to high-quality patient care and teamwork
Schedule:
- Day and Night shifts available
- Self-scheduling offered after orientation
- Typical schedule: 3 days on / 2 days off with rotating weekends
Orientation & Support:
- Structured onboarding with a dedicated preceptor and clinical educator
- Personalized support based on individual development needs
- Night shift hires will complete most of orientation on days before transitioning
Compensation:
- $27.30/hr – $45.97/hr based on experience
- RNs with 3+ years of experience can expect to start around $29.95/hr
