Fulltime Day shift Outpatient PT

Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Deliver in-home physical therapy as prescribed by physicians.
- Evaluate and treat patients with functional impairments.
- Promote independence and improved quality of life.
- Develop customized care plans and document patient progress.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and ensure care quality.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize outcomes.
Qualifications: What You Bring
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current Physical Therapy license in Pennsylvania.
- Passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
