Dialysis Registered Nurse (RN)

As a Dialysis Registered Nurse, you’ll play a vital role in improving the lives of patients living with kidney disease. You’ll collaborate with a dedicated care team, support clinical excellence, and build strong patient relationships in a structured, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver Exceptional Patient Care
Provide safe, comfortable, and high-quality dialysis treatments. You’ll perform and document pre- and post-treatment assessments, closely monitor patients during procedures, and administer medications as prescribed. You’ll also review patient medication profiles regularly to ensure optimal outcomes.
Collaborate as a Team
Work alongside an interdisciplinary team to support comprehensive patient care and planning. You’ll help guide and support Patient Care Technicians, ensuring efficient workflows and adherence to care standards.
Promote Safety & Quality
Maintain compliance with all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and best practices. You’ll participate in ongoing training and team meetings to stay current and continuously improve patient care delivery.
What You Bring
- Current RN or LVN/LPN license in good standing (state-specific)
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 90 days)
- Ability to distinguish primary colors
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities
- Basic computer proficiency; ability to learn clinical systems
- Commitment to completing required clinical training within the first 8 weeks
- Previous dialysis experience is a plus, but not required
