General Dentist Opportunity (rotate between Medford & Shoreham)
SCHEDULE:
- Monday 9-5
- Tuesday 9-6
- Wednesday 9-6
- Thursday 9-5
- Friday 9-5
- Every other Saturday 8-1
*Provider would have a weekday off when working a Saturday
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clinical Oversight: Lead patient exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning while maintaining a high standard of care and patient satisfaction.
- Team Collaboration: Partner with support teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and operations to ensure efficient and successful practice management.
- Patient Experience Focus: Create a comfortable and engaging environment where patients feel confident and well cared for.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited program with an active state license in good standing
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; some opportunities available for new graduates
- Strong commitment to ethical, patient-first care
- Interest in continuing education, mentorship, and team collaboration
- Driven to contribute to both personal success and overall practice growth
