General Dentist Opportunity (Lancaster & New Holland, PA)
SCHEDULE:
- Monday: 10:00am-7:00pm
- Tuesday: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Wednesday: 8:00am–5:00pm
- Thursday: 7:00am–5:00pm
- Friday: As need
*Part-time and full-time opportunities available
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Clinical Leadership: Conduct exams, diagnose conditions, and develop comprehensive treatment plans while maintaining a high standard of care
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside support teams such as HR, Finance, IT, and operations to ensure smooth day-to-day practice performance
- Patient-Focused Care: Build a comfortable environment that prioritizes patient needs, trust, and long-term relationships
QUALIFICATIONS:
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution with an active state license in good standing
- 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred; some roles open to new graduates
- Strong dedication to ethical, patient-centered care
- Interest in continued learning, mentorship, and team collaboration
- Driven to support both personal growth and practice success
