Overview
We are looking for a motivated, relationship-focused professional to manage and expand our existing portfolio of accounts across both of our brands. This role serves as the primary point of contact for our network of doctors and practices, ensuring consistent engagement, reactivating inactive accounts, and uncovering opportunities to drive overall growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain relationships with our full roster of doctors and practices across two brands
- Conduct regular outreach to keep accounts engaged, informed, and active
- Identify and re-engage dormant or inactive practices
- Grow accounts through proactive communication, follow-up, and relationship building
- Deliver exceptional customer service to support retention and long-term partnerships
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience in a dental laboratory, dental office, or healthcare sales/customer service environment preferred
- Demonstrated success managing and growing a high-volume account base
- Strong phone presence and excellent communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
