Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) – Full-Time
Location: Alamogordo, NM
We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) to join our growing healthcare team in Alamogordo, New Mexico. This is a full-time opportunity with a variety of scheduling options available, including day, evening, weekday, weekend, and rotating shifts depending on department needs.

- Urgent Care
- Outpatient Clinic
- Hospital

Responsibilities
- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures
- Obtain and document vital signs, medical histories, and patient information
- Assist physicians, nurses, and providers with patient care
- Perform routine clinical and administrative duties
- Administer injections, medications, and treatments as directed
- Schedule appointments and maintain accurate medical records
- Ensure exam rooms and clinical areas are clean and properly stocked
- Follow all HIPAA, safety, and infection control guidelines
Qualifications
- Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program preferred
- Previous experience in urgent care, clinic, or hospital settings is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
- CPR/BLS certification preferred or required upon hire
