We are seeking a dedicated Clinic Director to join a dynamic outpatient clinic team in West Virginia! This role offers the opportunity to provide hands-on, patient-centered care while working in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment. The clinic treats a diverse patient population, including orthopedic, neurological, pre- and post-operative, gait and balance, and sports-related conditions. We specialize in areas such as orthopedics, manual therapy, hand therapy, prosthetic rehabilitation, vestibular therapy, and concussion management!
Position Responsibilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver coordinated, patient-centered care
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation using Raintree EMR
- Document patient care accurately and efficiently within an electronic medical record system
- Promote clinical excellence, compliance, and operational efficiency across the clinic
- Collaborate with colleagues to promote clinical excellence and professional growth
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinical culture
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
- Managerial experience preferred
