Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)
LOCATION: Butte, MT
JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent
An established outpatient rehabilitation clinic in Butte, Montana is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient outcomes. Position Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and create individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve function, decrease pain, and support recovery
- Utilize hands-on techniques including manual therapy, soft tissue approaches, therapeutic exercise, and additional treatment modalities as appropriate
- Track patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness strategies
- Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals to optimize treatment outcomes
- Maintain compliance with safety standards, documentation requirements, and best clinical practices
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development opportunities
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
- Current or eligible Montana Physical Therapy license
- Strong understanding of anatomy, biomechanics, rehabilitation principles, and patient-centered care
- Experience or interest in treating orthopedic conditions, sports-related injuries, post-surgical recovery, neurological conditions, and general musculoskeletal disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous outpatient experience preferred, but strong new graduates are encouraged to apply
