The Role
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat a broad outpatient caseload including:
- Orthopedic and post-surgical conditions
- Neurologic diagnoses
- Balance and vestibular disorders
- Functional mobility limitations
- Sports and overuse injuries
Therapists are encouraged to collaborate closely with colleagues, build meaningful patient relationships, and deliver individualized treatment plans focused on long-term outcomes and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
- Develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver evidence-based outpatient therapy interventions
- Educate patients and families on treatment progression and home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation
- Participate in mentorship, quality initiatives, and professional development activities
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Qualifications
- Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in Massachusetts
- New graduates and experienced clinicians encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for patient-centered rehabilitation
- Interest in continued clinical growth and learning
Schedule
- Full-time outpatient position
- Two evening shifts per week required unless otherwise approved
