A highly regarded private outpatient practice in the MetroWest Boston area is seeking a Physical Therapist with interest and/or experience in Pelvic Health and Vestibular Rehabilitation to join its collaborative clinical team.

This unique opportunity offers a blended caseload approximately consisting of:

·      50% Pelvic Health

·      50% Orthopedic/Vestibular Rehabilitation

Patient Population

·      Orthopedic and specialty rehabilitation patients

·      Broad age range from pediatric through geriatric populations

Schedule

·      Monday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

·      Tuesday–Thursday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

·      Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

·      Dedicated documentation time built into the workweek

 

Compensation & Benefits

·      Base salary approximately $83,000–$95,000 depending on experience and compensation structure

·      Productivity incentive opportunities available after ramp-up period

Qualifications

Required

·      Licensed Physical Therapist (PT/DPT)

·      Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·      Interest in specialty rehabilitation and relationship-based care

·      Collaborative clinical mindset

Preferred

·      Pelvic Health experience or strong interest

·      Vestibular rehabilitation experience

·      Outpatient orthopedic background

·      Manual therapy skills
