Salary Range: $65,000 – $85,000 / year + uncapped commission

Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and results-driven Hospice Community Liaison to expand our presence and build meaningful relationships within the Kingwood and surrounding North Texas/Houston markets.
In this role, you will serve as the face of The Organization. You will educate healthcare professionals, community organizations, and families on the invaluable benefits of hospice and palliative care, ensuring patients receive the support they need when they need it most.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, trusting partnerships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, case managers, assisted living facilities, and nursing homes in the Kingwood area.
- Community Education: Act as an expert educator and advocate, conducting presentations and meetings to demystify hospice care for both clinical professionals and community members.
- Care Coordination: Respond promptly to referral inquiries, conduct initial family consultations, and seamlessly collaborate with our clinical admissions team to facilitate a smooth transition into care.
- Market Expansion: Execute strategic outreach plans to meet community growth goals and identify untapped referral pipelines.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all outreach and referral activities align strictly with state and federal healthcare regulations, documenting interactions accurately within our system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred. Additional experience may be substituted for educational requirement.
- Minimum two (2) years of sales/marketing experience in healthcare required. Hospice/palliative marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Skilled at establishing/maintaining working relationships with key staff, marketing contracts, and clinical staff to ensure thorough understanding of Hospice services.
- Proven ability to generate and maintain relationships with new and existing accounts including physicians, healthcare professionals, and community agencies.
- Prior clinical experience is a plus.
- Must be willing to drive with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance
$65,000-$85,000 Base Pay ( Range) plus Uncapped commission
$10,000 Sign on bonus Offered
