Community Liaison – Hospice Sales & Marketing

Are you a relationship-focused healthcare sales professional who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and families? We are seeking a compassionate, self-motivated Community Liaison to help expand access to high-quality hospice care throughout the Conway market.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced healthcare sales representative, hospice marketer, or clinical liaison who thrives on building referral partnerships, educating healthcare professionals, and driving growth while serving a meaningful mission.
As a Community Liaison, you will serve as the face of our organization within the community, developing trusted relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, case managers, social workers, and other healthcare professionals. Your efforts will directly impact patients and families by helping them access compassionate end-of-life care when they need it most.
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 annually

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
- Increase awareness and utilization of hospice services throughout the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular in-person sales calls and outreach activities to generate referrals and strengthen existing partnerships.
- Educate healthcare professionals, patients, and families regarding hospice services, eligibility, and benefits.
- Facilitate hospice admissions by guiding patients and families through the enrollment process with empathy and professionalism.
- Serve as a trusted resource within the healthcare community while promoting exceptional patient care and customer service.
- Meet and exceed referral and census growth objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
- Minimum two (2) years of healthcare sales, healthcare marketing, physician liaison, hospice liaison, or business development experience required.
- Previous hospice or palliative care marketing experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success developing referral relationships and growing territory performance.
- Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Prior clinical experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and current auto insurance required.
