Role Description:
- Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care services to adult and/or family medicine patients
- Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
- Conduct preventative care visits, annual wellness exams, and routine follow-up appointments
- Develop long-term treatment plans and coordinate patient care with specialists when appropriate
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing EPIC EMR system
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
- Participate in shared on-call responsibilities as assigned
- Maintain productivity expectations during 36 weekly patient-contact hours
- Utilize 4 administrative hours weekly for charting, care coordination, and related duties
- Deliver evidence-based, patient-centered care in a supportive outpatient clinic environment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and organizational standards of care
- Build strong relationships with patients and the local community
- Support continuity of care and patient education initiatives
- Adhere to all organizational compliance, credentialing, and clinical standards
- Accepting 2026 and 2027 graduates
- Not open to Locums candidates
- Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again
- Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)
- Open to H1B visa candidates, but cannot accept J1 visa candidates
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Board Certification required within 3 years for Board Eligible candidates
- Michigan medical license (or willing to obtain)
- DEA certification
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CSL certification
- Clean malpractice and licensing history
- EPIC EMR experience – [preferred]
- Candidate must be able to work a Monday–Friday schedule
