CVOR Nurse Manager
Full-Time | Monday–Friday Days
Salary: $120,000–$160,000 + Sign-On Bonus + Relocation Assistance

Responsibilities
As the CVOR Nurse Manager, you will:
- Provide clinical and operational leadership for the Cardiovascular Operating Room.
- Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate all nursing and departmental operations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of CVOR nurses and support staff.
- Promote a culture of patient safety, accountability, and continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, accreditation, professional, and organizational standards.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, budgeting, and resource utilization.
- Collaborate closely with cardiovascular surgeons, anesthesia providers, and multidisciplinary leadership to optimize patient outcomes and operational efficiency.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and professional development initiatives.
Qualifications
Required
- BSN
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous Nurse Manager experience
- Recent Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) nursing experience
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team-building skills
Preferred
- MSN
- Experience leading a high-volume cardiovascular surgical program
- Knowledge of quality improvement initiatives, regulatory compliance, and operational performance metrics
