The Opportunity
As Clinic Manager, you’ll combine patient care with leadership responsibilities, including:
- Leading and mentoring a team of clinicians
- Fostering a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
- Supporting operational excellence and clinical quality
- Treating a diverse outpatient orthopedic population
- Partnering with front office staff and leadership
- Participating in community outreach and relationship building
- Helping recruit, develop, and retain outstanding therapists

Compensation
Base Salary: $95,000–$110,000+
Additional leadership growth opportunities available.

Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT preferred)
- Active Massachusetts Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient orthopedic experience required
- Previous leadership or management experience preferred
- Excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Passion for delivering exceptional patient care while developing others
