Caregiver Support (BCBA)- Parent Training Focus

Location: Indiana (Hybrid)

Candidates must reside in Indiana and live within reasonable driving distance of one of our clinic locations.

Position Overview

The Caregiver Support BCBA partners with families to strengthen the effectiveness of ABA treatment outside of direct therapy sessions. This position focuses on coaching parents and caregivers to confidently implement behavioral strategies that support skill acquisition, independence, and meaningful progress across everyday environments.

Working closely with clinical teams, the BCBA helps bridge communication between families and providers, identifies barriers to treatment success, and develops practical solutions that improve consistency across home, clinic, school, and community settings. Services are delivered through a combination of virtual and in-person meetings, offering flexibility while maintaining strong relationships with families.

Although caregiver coaching is the primary responsibility, the clinician may occasionally provide remote clinical consultation or support to treatment teams based on operational needs.

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
