Pediatric Dentist Opportunity – Wyomissing Area, PA
Join a Growing Pediatric Dental Practice
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused pediatric dental practice in the Wyomissing area. Due to growing patient demand and changes in provider availability, we are looking to add an additional doctor to support our expanding patient base.
This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team, enjoy a flexible schedule, and provide high-quality care in a modern, technology-driven environment (compensation to be discussed).
Practice Highlights
- Established pediatric patient base with immediate need for additional provider coverage
- Modern technology including:
- CBCT
- Panoramic Imaging (PANO)
- Cephalometric Imaging (Ceph)
- iTero Scanner
- Dedicated pediatric treatment area with 5 operatories
- Orthodontic department with 3 operatories
- Strong clinical support team, including:
- Full-time hygienist
- Expanded Function Dental Assistants (EFDAs) assisting with hygiene
Schedule
Current coverage needs include:
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
- One Saturday per month: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Additional days are available:
- Tuesday and/or Wednesday
- Flexible hours between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
What You’ll Do
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care for infants, children, adolescents, and patients with special healthcare needs.
- Perform examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Deliver restorative, preventive, and emergency dental treatment.
- Educate patients and families on oral health and preventive care.
- Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient care.

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry from an accredited residency program
- Active Pennsylvania dental license (or ability to obtain licensure)
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
- Commitment to providing exceptional care to pediatric patients and their families
