Title: Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial patient evaluations to assess the patient’s condition
- Developing individualized treatment plans for each patient using therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and other modalities like heat/cold therapy or electrical stimulation
- Monitoring patients’ progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
- Educating patients about injury prevention and self-care techniques
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals as needed to provide comprehensive care for patients
Requirements:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice physical therapy in New Jersey
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning
