Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT)
Location: Forth Worth, TX
Position Type: Full-time, permanent
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a well-established outpatient practice in Fort Worth, Texas. This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys working with an active patient population and wants to be part of a supportive, collaborative clinical team.
The practice treats a diverse caseload with an emphasis on orthopedic and sports-related conditions, providing therapists the opportunity to build strong clinical skills while developing individualized treatment plans focused on helping patients return to the activities that matter most to them.
Both experienced Physical Therapists and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
What You’ll Do
- Evaluate patients and identify functional limitations, rehabilitation needs, and treatment goals.
- Develop individualized plans of care based on each patient’s condition and desired outcomes.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, mobility training, and other appropriate interventions.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when needed.
- Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and strategies for continued recover.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation.
- Communicate with physicians and other healthcare professionals involved in patient care.
- Collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants and support staff when appropriate.
- Help patients remain engaged with their recommended plan of care.
- Participate as an active member of the clinic team and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current or eligible Texas Physical Therapist license
- CPR certification or ability to obtain certification
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with other clinicians
- Interest or experience in outpatient orthopedics, sports rehabilitation, or related areas is preferred
- New graduates with a strong interest in outpatient physical therapy are welcome
