Endodontist
Locations: Alexandria, Pipestone and/or Hendricks, Minnesota
Schedule: Full-Time Preferred | Four-Day Workweek

About the Opportunity
We are seeking an Endodontist to join a growing nonprofit dental organization serving multiple Minnesota communities. The organization operates similarly to a private dental group while expanding access to high-quality specialty care.
There is substantial patient demand, and the practice can keep an Endodontist consistently busy. The ideal candidate will be open to providing care at multiple locations, although the exact site arrangement may be tailored to the candidate’s availability and preferences.
Compensation and Incentives
- % of collections
- Signing bonus available

- Signing bonuses may be structured over a 24-month commitment
Schedule and Time Off
- Four-day workweek
- No Fridays
- Two weeks of PTO to start
- Six paid holidays
- Approximately 48 additional Fridays off each year
- Multi-location schedule based on organizational and provider needs

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Certificate or advanced specialty training in Endodontics
- Eligible for or currently holds a Minnesota dental license
- Board-certified or board-eligible preferred
- Willingness to travel between locations is highly desirable
