General Dentist
Location: Alexandria, Minnesota
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday
Compensation: Approximately $215,000–$260,000+, based on experience
About the Opportunity
We are seeking a General Dentist to join a busy, patient-focused nonprofit dental organization in Alexandria, Minnesota. The practice operates much like a private dental clinic while providing accessible care to a diverse patient population.
This is an excellent opportunity for either a new graduate or an experienced dentist. The practice has significant patient demand and could currently schedule well beyond its normal four-month booking window.
Compensation
- New graduates typically start around $215,000 annually
- Dentists with three or more years of experience typically start around $260,000 annually
- Transition to 33% of collections following the initial ramp-up period
- Signing bonus available
- Relocation assistance available
- Signing bonuses may be structured over a 24-month commitment
Schedule and Time Off
- Four-day workweek
- No Fridays
- Two weeks of PTO to start
- Six paid holidays
- Approximately 48 additional Fridays off each year

Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Eligible for or currently holds a Minnesota dental license
