Physical Therapist – Full-Time
Location: Stockton, California
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends
Compensation: Salary of $100,000+ plus quarterly incentive opportunities
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Physical Therapist to join a rapidly growing outpatient practice in the Stockton, California area.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic clinical environment specializing in orthopedics, sports medicine, manual therapy, ergonomics, and injury prevention. You’ll have the opportunity to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, recover from injuries, and return to the activities they enjoy.

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
- Provide hands-on therapy and evidence-based treatment interventions
- Help patients recover from injuries and improve mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients on injury prevention, rehabilitation, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active California Physical Therapy License required prior to starting
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional, patient-centered care
