Physical Therapist – Full-Time
Location: Castro Valley, California
Schedule: Full-Time

Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join a growing healthcare team in the Castro Valley area.
In this role, you’ll help patients move better, feel better, and return to the activities they enjoy. You’ll work with individuals recovering from injuries, managing chronic conditions, and working toward improved mobility, strength, and overall function.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services
- Help patients improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active State Physical Therapy License required prior to starting
- BLS Certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Outpatient physical therapy experience preferred
- Knowledge and understanding of evidence-based care models
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centered approach to care
