Physical Therapist
Location: Pismo Beach, California
Schedule: Weekdays | Full-Time or Part-Time
Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Orthopedic Practice
Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits

What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, recover from injuries, and achieve their personal goals
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and fellow clinicians
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans, exercises, and injury prevention
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build strong relationships with patients and members of the healthcare community
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain licensure soon
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
