Occupational Therapist – Hand Therapy
Location: Stockton, California
Schedule: Weekdays | Full-Time
Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice
Compensation: $80,000–$110,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist with an interest or background in Hand Therapy to join a growing outpatient rehabilitation practice in Stockton, California.

What You’ll Do
As an Occupational Therapist specializing in hand therapy, you will:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services in an outpatient setting
- Treat patients with upper extremity, hand, wrist, and related orthopedic conditions
- Help patients restore function, mobility, strength, and independence
- Educate patients on treatment plans, therapeutic exercises, injury prevention, and home programs
- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare providers, and other members of the clinical team
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Build strong relationships with patients and referral sources within the community
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapist license
- Master’s Degree or higher in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Interest or experience in orthopedic and hand therapy
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative clinical environment
