Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Hand Therapy
Location: Stockton, CA
Schedule: Full-Time | Weekdays | 40 Hours per Week
Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Practice
Compensation: $27–$51 per hour, plus benefits
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join a growing outpatient therapy practice specializing in delivering exceptional patient care.
This is an excellent opportunity for an Occupational Therapy Assistant who enjoys working in a collaborative clinical environment and has an interest in hand therapy, orthopedics, and outpatient rehabilitation. You will work alongside experienced clinicians and healthcare professionals while helping patients improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life.
Qualifications
- Active Occupational Therapy Assistant license
- Associate’s Degree or higher from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
- Interest or experience in hand therapy and outpatient rehabilitation preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-focused approach and commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative clinical team
