We are seeking an experienced Acute Care Women’s and Children’s Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dedicated Neonatal Intensive Care team providing specialized care to critically ill and premature newborns.

NICU RN Responsibilities
- Provide specialized nursing care to premature, critically ill, and medically complex newborns
- Monitor and assess neonatal patients and respond quickly to changes in condition
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies
- Collaborate with neonatologists, physicians, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams
- Educate and support parents and families throughout the infant’s hospitalization
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Participate in quality improvement and patient-safety initiatives
- Provide compassionate, family-centered care
Qualifications
- Current RN license in the applicable state
- ADN or BSN from an accredited nursing program
- Previous NICU experience required
- Strong neonatal assessment and critical-care skills
- BLS certification required
- NRP certification required or obtained within required timeframe
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
