Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics & Wellness
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time
Expected Hours: 35–40 hours per week
Work Setting: In Person
Compensation: $43.00 – $53.00 per hour
Schedule: Flexible scheduling available, including the option for four 10-hour days
Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and outgoing Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse patient population, primarily treating orthopedic conditions, while incorporating a strong emphasis on manual therapy, fitness, wellness, and individualized patient care.

What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate patients and identify individualized treatment goals
- Develop and implement personalized plans of care
- Provide evidence-based treatments to improve motion, mobility, strength, and function
- Utilize hands-on and manual therapy techniques when appropriate
- Create fitness and wellness programs to support long-term patient success
- Help patients transition from injury and rehabilitation toward improved health and wellness
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the rehabilitation process
Qualifications
- Graduate degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active license to practice as a Physical Therapist
- One to two years of clinical experience preferred
- New graduates with a strong fitness background are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Current knowledge of evidence-based physical therapy practices
- A passion for helping patients achieve their health, mobility, and wellness goals
Compensation & Benefits
