Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedics

Compensation: $48.00 – $58.00 per hour
Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient rehabilitation team in Roseville, California. This role offers the opportunity to work with a diverse orthopedic patient population, provide individualized care, and make a meaningful difference in patients’ recovery and quality of life.
You’ll work alongside a supportive team while utilizing your clinical skills to help patients improve mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and return to the activities they enjoy.
What You’ll Do
As a Physical Therapist, you will:
- Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on each patient’s needs and goals
- Provide therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate
- Document patient care and maintain accurate clinical records
- Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented clinical staff
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care throughout the rehabilitation process
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree required
- Active California Physical Therapist license, or eligibility for California licensure
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
Compensation & Opportunity
