Position Overview
Are you a Physical Therapist looking for a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can focus on providing exceptional patient care?
We are seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join an established outpatient rehabilitation team in the Elk Grove area. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while building meaningful relationships and helping patients regain mobility, strength, independence, and quality of life.
You’ll treat a varied caseload, giving you the opportunity to utilize and expand your clinical skills in a collaborative outpatient setting.
Patient Population & Clinical Focus
You will work with patients requiring treatment for a variety of conditions, including:
- Orthopedic injuries and conditions
- Post-surgical rehabilitation
- General outpatient rehabilitation
- Mobility and functional limitations
- Pain management and recovery
Qualifications
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy required
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A patient-centered approach to care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
