- Help maintain a smooth pharmacy workflow by providing direction to technicians and interns and stepping in where needed to keep operations moving efficiently.
- Take an active role in medication procurement, inventory oversight, prescription troubleshooting, and pharmacy documentation.
- Participate in quality and process-improvement efforts that strengthen pharmacy services and patient care.
- Maintain appropriate standards for controlled substances, patient privacy, pharmacy records, compounding practices, and other regulatory requirements.
- Build strong working relationships with physicians, nurse practitioners, veterinarians, and other members of the healthcare community.
Ideal Background
The right person will bring sound clinical judgment, strong attention to detail, and a genuine interest in individualized patient care.
Required
- PharmD
- Current Hawaii Pharmacist License or eligibility to obtain one

What Makes This Position Different
You’ll have meaningful involvement in the clinical and operational sides of the pharmacy, with opportunities to work directly with patients, collaborate with providers, and contribute to customized medication care. It’s a strong fit for someone who likes variety, enjoys solving medication-related challenges, and wants to be an active part of the pharmacy team rather than simply filling prescriptions.
