General Dentist — Middleburg, PA
We are seeking a General Dentist to join a collaborative practice in Middleburg, PA. The ideal candidate has at least one year of experience after residency and is comfortable performing endodontic procedures and oral surgery. A resident with strong skills in both areas is also encouraged to apply.
Schedule
- Monday, Tuesday and Thursday: 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 8:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.
- Wednesday off
Practice Environment
The practice has six doctor operatories and five hygiene operatories. Dentists work alongside experienced dental assistants, expanded function dental assistants and four to five hygienists per day. Technology includes CBCT, panoramic imaging, TRIOS digital scanning and intraoral cameras.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and develop treatment plans based on each patient’s needs.
- Provide comprehensive general dentistry, including endodontic treatment and oral surgery within your scope of practice.
- Communicate treatment options clearly and provide patient centered care.
- Collaborate with fellow dentists, hygienists and the clinical support team.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree and an active Pennsylvania dental license in good standing, or eligibility to obtain one.
- At least one year of experience after residency preferred; highly skilled residents will be considered.
- Proficiency in endodontics and oral surgery.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills and commitment to ethical care.
Compensation and Benefits
Compensation is based on a percentage of adjusted production.
