Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) – Mental Health
- Location: Queens, NY-Onsite
- Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM | One late day per week (11:00 AM–7:00 PM)
- Salary: $80,000–$85,000 annually
- Organization: Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC)
Our client, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), is seeking an experienced NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join a collaborative clinical team providing mental health assessments, psychotherapy, crisis intervention, and care coordination.

Required Experience: Must have clinical experience working with individuals across the lifespan, from toddlers through adults.
Clinical Experience: 2+ years preferred.
License: Active NYS LCSW license required.
Language Skills: Spanish or another language is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans.
- Provide individual and group counseling and psychotherapy.
- Provide crisis intervention and coordinate emergency mental health services.
- Coordinate referrals to mental health providers and community resources.
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinical professionals.
- Participate in case conferences and care management.
- Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation.
- Provide patient and family support and education.
