General Dentist – Pensacola, FL
A patient-focused practice is seeking a General Dentist to join a collaborative team dedicated to providing exceptional care and education. This opportunity offers strong clinical autonomy, a supportive environment, and comprehensive resources designed to help providers thrive.
Office Hours
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and provide appropriate treatment while maintaining the highest standards of patient care
- Educate patients on oral health, treatment options, and preventive care
- Develop trusting relationships with patients and create a welcoming, supportive environment
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members to ensure an excellent patient experience
- Promote patient retention through quality care and effective communication
- Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all clinical and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school
- Active dental license (or ability to obtain licensure) in the practicing state
- Current certifications as required by state regulations
- No adverse actions on professional licensure
- Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care
Compensation
- Daily rate: $850–$1,100
